Role and responsibilities
- Owning and directing end-to-end content strategy and writing on CX surfaces for features and products utilizing AI, Apple's File Provider, and for the AI Control Center with page views in the millions monthly.
- Translate high-level technical processes and UI pathways into user-friendly content across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Audit and edit existing content for accuracy, alignment, optimization, and SEO — including GenAI summary optimization.
- Building cross-functional strategies and content maps to build searchable, indexable, high-quality web content for Dropbox's core products, consistently landing on the first page of major search engines.
- Partner daily with product, marketing, UX research, engineering, legal, localization, and accessibility to build cohesive messaging and structured terminology.
- Chair on the Editorial Council, helping define content guidelines and in-product terminology for AI features across the Dash.ai product suite.
- Collaborate on UX flow and content design with teams running experiments that bridge AI and core Dropbox features, then craft the corresponding Help Center articles, support agent guidance, and chatbot content to close the loop.
