Role and responsibilities
- Built user personas, beta tested self-assessment apps, led UX research, built UX dashboards, and developed gamification strategies for a bespoke data literacy certification program.
- Lead content strategist guiding a team of data and AI experts on enterprise-wide content campaigns to inform a large, diverse staff on data literacy and AI best practices in medical research.
- Directed content design projects including public communication content and the team Manual of Style.
- Designed assessment tools, dashboards, user journeys, and copy to guide users through self-paced learning flows and gamified progress tracking.
- Created consistent LX patterns and messaging templates for modules, best practices, and inclusion, reinforcing content hierarchy and KPIs set at the state level.
- Conducted usability research and persona development to inform writing tone, flow, and information architecture.
- Authored and maintained a cross-functional content style guide used across teams to ensure clarity and consistency in all content touchpoints.
- Wireframed the AI microsite, with a focus on optimizing for UX flow, CTAs, and information architecture best practices.
- Sat on the AI in cancer research taskforce, helping shape the campaign identity and branding of broader AI usage education projects within the organization.
